In 2019 I began to write my story and as I began, I found myself reliving the past that I once lived. So I laid it down to bury it. At that time, I had a victim mentality. I did not know at that time, that God was planting the seed in my heart for a book that would one day speak to people all over the world.
In the spring of 2024, I heard the Holy Spirit speak so clearly: “It’s time to pick up Stolen Identity, it’s not about you, it’s about Me.” I said, YES! I will pick up Stolen Identity but you do the rest, you bring the people and the resources because I don’t know how. You see, back in 2019 I had a “victim” mentality but now I have a “Victory” mentality. I don’t need to figure out the details of how. I just know Who.
I realized my story wasn’t just mine. It was a testimony of God’s goodness, His faithfulness, and His power to restore what the enemy stole from me. Every chapter points back to Him. My heart is that you’ll see yourself through His eyes, know your true identity in Christ, and walk in the freedom He’s already purchased for you.
